1. Eligibility

The Parity Athlete Challenges Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Evolution of Sports, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent that they meet all eligibility requirements. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

3. Campaign Period

The Sweepstakes consists of recurring monthly and quarterly challenges within the Parity mobile application (“App”). Entry periods and deadlines are posted in the App for each challenge. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the closing date listed for that challenge period.

4. How to Enter

Entrants may earn raffle tickets (“Entries”) by completing in-app tasks or social challenges as described within the App, such as:

• Completing profile setup activities (e.g., uploading a profile picture, making an introduction post).
• Completing monthly “Athlete Challenges” (e.g., posting specific content within designated community spaces).

All ticket accumulation and prize drawings occur within the App. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate.

Entries must comply with the in-app instructions. Incomplete entries or entries that violate these Official Rules may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud or abuse.

5. Prizes

Prizes for each Sweepstakes period total approximately $1,000 USD in value, consisting of merchandise, gift cards, or other items as determined by Sponsor. Actual/appraised value may vary. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not specified as part of the prize.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Sweepstakes period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Sponsor after each Sweepstakes period ends. Winners will be notified via email or through their Parity App account within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. Sponsor’s decisions regarding winner eligibility are final.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants

By participating, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, username, and related content in connection with the promotion and its results for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Evolution of Sports, Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries; technical failures; or unauthorized human intervention.

10. Disputes

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively before a court located in New York, NY. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

11. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://paritynow.co/privacy-policy.

To obtain a list of winners or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

The Parity Athlete Challenges and Sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Any information provided by participants is submitted to Evolution of Sports, Inc., not to Apple or Google.

15. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry process.

16. Taxes and Reporting

Winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 and will receive Form 1099 for tax reporting purposes, as required by U.S. law.
